We use Office Products Depot to supply our students' stationery.

How to order online

Go to and enter Sacred Heart College into the search field, then select it from the drop down menu, enter your first student’s name into the pop up box – this is used to identify the packs or stationery items being ordered for each student  (you can add multiple students and schools, complete each order consecutively).

The stationery lists are loaded by YEAR and SUBJECT. This allows you to select your daughter's stationery by the subjects they are taking. Just select the appropriate year and subjects from the catalogue on the left hand side and add to your basket. If you have more than one child at the school, then simply add each pack to your basket. Please follow the instructions online on how to order. If you have more than one child at school, then simply add another student to your order (at the same or another school) by selecting the ‘+Another Student’ button once you have completed your first students stationery order.

While the site allows you to adjust the quantity of any item, the lists are approved by Sacred Heart College mandatory requirements, at bulk prices negotiated by Sacred Heart College.

Finally, please provide your delivery address details (along with any special instructions) and complete the order by making your payment (by Credit or Debit card via Paypal, internet banking via Poli Pay, or via AfterPay) through the secure payment gateway.  Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation including delivery details.  

IMPORTANT – If you do not receive a confirmation email, something may have gone wrong with the placement of or payment for your order.  If this occurs, please contact Office Products Depot.

The site will be live for ordering by mid December, however orders will not be dispatched until mid January, when all published texts are available.  We will have packs available in our shop for purchase from mid January. As we continue to work our way through the challenges of the Covid-19 Pandemic and given the Retail restrictions under the current Covid-19 Protection Framework, we have made some decisions on BTS Pack Pick-ups as below.

  • Due to the very high volumes of foot traffic Our Health & Safety Committee has made the decision that the risk is too high to allow the Shop to be open for the collection of Back to School Packs for 2022.
  • The most workable alternative is to have a Click & Collect Operation at the rear of OPD at 44 Wakefield Street.
  • The Shop will remain open for Commercial purchases but not for BTS Packs. ​​​​​​​

Alternatively, you can have your Pack/s delivered via Courier for $4.00 or $7.00 Rural Freight Fee’s. Delivery is free for orders over $50.00.
