Please complete the application form and include the following documents and send to admin@sacredheartnapier.school.nz

 1. Your most recent school report(s)
 2. A letter of recommendation from a senior teacher
 3. An introduction letter in English to your host family
 4. A copy of your passport and visa (if you have one)

When your application is received it will be reviewed. Sometimes we may require additional information or a Skype interview. You will be notified when a decision is made. 

Payment and Visa

An invoice will be issued along with a Conditional Offer Of Place which you can use to begin your visa application process.

Once payment is received the school will issue a receipt and a confirmed Offer Of Place. These documents are required for your application for a Student Visa from the New Zealand Immigration Service 

Accommodation and Travel

When payment is received the school will arrange suitable homestay accommodation.
Your accommodation arrangements will be forwarded to you when we receive your flight details.
You need to have Travel and Medical Insurance before you arrive. The school can arrange this for you if you request it.
